Welcome to Highland Photography Experiences
We run year-round landscape photography experiences during which you can hone your digital photography skills and develop your creativity amid stunning scenery.
Based in Mellon Charles, Wester Ross, we are in an ideal location for landscape photography, with dramatic vistas for miles around, whether it be mountains, lochs or seascapes. You do not need to venture far to find wonderful photographic opportunities.
During the summer season we offer one-day photographic experiences suitable for anyone exploring the area. These range from clinics in our state of the art editing suite to full-day photographic experiences in which we'll use our extensive local knowledge to take you to some of the most beautiful locations in the Highlands and then edit and print one of your images as a record for the day.
From October to March, when the light is at its most dramatic, the Image Studio and Aroma Cafe become the venue for five day mentoring experiences led by some of the top landscape photographers in the world.
All of the photographic experiences at the Image Studio are designed to give you clear outcomes under expert guidance, be it a print of one of your images, a digital presentation, a book of your work that you hand-bind yourself, or a self-development plan for your photography.
